Tiki Barber’s Pure Hard Workout

On the Today show this morning Tiki Barber talked about his new book Tiki Barber’s Pure Hard Workout.

It is my understanding from the Today show spot that Tiki’s book returns the focus of our fitness programs to functional training.  Exercises such as dumbbell chest press, bench dips, squats, and lunges are at the heart of this type of program.  My workout and most of my client programs incorporate functional training. 

I am looking forward to adding this book to my resource library.
