It is time to get moving

I know you can, but will you join me? Get off the couch and onto the streets near you. One of the best choices you can make for yourself is to increase your activity level. Let’s aim for 30 minutes of activity most days. If you are already doing that, can you increase your commitment to 60-90 minutes some days?

Maybe you are already talking yourself out of even trying this. You might be saying to yourself “I do not have 30,60, or 90 minutes a week let alone a day to exercise.” Let’s look at this time as an investment in your health and then we can find a way to fit it into your undoubtedly BUSY schedule. A walk in the morning for 10 minutes, 30 minute walk after lunch and maybe 20 minutes after dinner (walk/bike ride with your family).

It is time to get moving. Any activity is better than none!
