Training usually takes place in one of the following locations:
- My fitness studio (Webster, NY)
- Your home
- Your fitness center/gym
- Public parks/trails
- Anywhere (via the internet)
Nobody ever said that getting to a healthier lifestyle was going to be easy. It is possible, though to make it a habit not a chore. In our one-on-one training sessions I will help you build your confidence to make exercise a natural part of your weekly routine. The more you practice good technique, the more you will enjoy staying in shape. All it takes is commitment. And even that's easier when you are acheiving results.

The foundation of an effective workout is proper stretching and warm-up technique.
Through basic Yoga and Pilates we will work to increase your flexibility. Whether for simple activities like lifting a baby, or complex activities like sports, your body's flexibility is important for preventing injury.
Aerobic activity such as walking, running, biking or swimming boosts your metabolism and energy level while also shedding pounds.
Strength training of your arms, shoulders, chest and legs helps you firm and tone muscle for better appearance. Core training of your abdominal and back regions will also provide you with better posture, and a lower likelihood of chronic pain.
