From workout routines to meal plans, we will track a variety of elements of your Healthy Lifestyle Plan together. While I'm happy to work with paper and pencil, the most efficient way to do so is with an eFitness Tracker account. Through a personal, password protected website that I can set up for you, we can set your goals, setup and track your workouts, and monitor your diet and nutrition. The goal of my practice is to provide you an "accountability partner" as you work toward your goals. I believe in a strong relationship with my clients and provide a variety of ways to encourage you to do your best. From e-mail or text messages between sessions to the occasional cup of cofee, I do my best to ensure you stay on track.
