Decide where you want to be

We'll work together to set reasonable, attainable and measurable goals to get you where you want to be. If you aim too high, you may never get there. If you aim too low, you won't have acheived anything. Our long term and short term goal setting will provide the right framework for every activity you do with me.

Your Training Plan

From your goals we will create a specific training plan. If you have never had a structured fitness plan, you will be shocked at how quickly you can acheive results. Within your training plan we will consider the following factors:

  • Ability Level: Every woman is at a different stage of their healthy lifestyle. We'll establish a plan that is right for your fitness abilities.
  • Frequency of sessions: For some women once per week or even once per month is enough. Others will need and want more structure.
  • Location: We can train in my home or yours, the park, the gym, your office, virtually anywhere that enables you to meet your objectives consistently.
  • Variety: The number one obstacle to training success is boredom. We'll work on cross-training methods that keep you engaged and energized.

My personal commitment is for you to make positive progress in 3 training sessions or less.
