We'll work together to set reasonable, attainable and measurable goals to get you where you want to be. If you aim too high, you may never get there. If you aim too low, you won't have acheived anything. Our long term and short term goal setting will provide the right framework for every activity you do with me.
From your goals we will create a specific training plan. If you have never had a structured fitness plan, you will be shocked at how quickly you can acheive results. Within your training plan we will consider the following factors:
