What you learned in health class was how your body works. Let me teach you how to work your body. The biggest benefit to working with a personal trainer is learning about the effects of different exercises on your body.

To get to where you are going, we will first look at where you are. Through a variety of measurements and tests we'll determine your current level of health. The assessment includes:
- Health History
- Body Measurements
- Body Fat
- Body Mass Index (BMI)
- Hip to Waist Ratio
This will set a benchmark at the beginning of your time with me that we'll use to set achievable goals for improvement.
