Turkey Day CHOICES?

OK Ladies, tomorrow is a day of Thanksgiving and CHOICE. 
It is said that on average Americans eat 5000 calories on Thanksgiving – WOW! 
I want  to take a minute this morning and urge you to make your best choice. 

The way I see it there are 3 options:

1. Stay Focused
You know what you want and will do whatever it takes to reach your goals.  You are going to start Thanksgiving day with a workout and eat a resonable portion of the healthy items on the table, skipping the fatty and sweet extras this year. 

2.  It’s Only One Day 
Start Thanksgiving off with a workout, then enjoy the feast with with no regrets!  Following the holiday you will need to get right back to your healthy routine, eating right and working out.  We may even need to push the workouts a little harder for a week or so, to burn the extra calories. But, it is only ONE DAY!

3. Happy Medium 
You will also start Thanksgiving day with a workout.  You will enjoy some of the traditional foods of the day in moderation.  After the holiday you will resume you healthy routine of eating right and working out.

Which choice will you make?

CHOICE 4: Enemas. One the evening before, one the morning of, one 2 hours after meal. Keep up the good work, girlfriend.

Thank you for choice #4. While this was not quite what I was thinking – a bit extreme and messy, it was still good for a laugh. Have a Happy Thanksgiving ladies!

Well, I’m not a lady so I’m going to make the man choice. I worked out this morning to make room for all the good stuff on Thanksgiving. I will continue to work out 3 days a week to make room for more bad holiday stuff from now through New Years. I REALLY need a trainer. Oh wait…;)

Heeeeey, Girlfriend! I’m gonna let it slide that you laughed off my suggestion. It’s OK! I ate like an Ethiopian with a $1,000 McDonald’s gift card and lost 3 pounds. I said it before, and I’ll say it again… Enemas.
