Whole grains, nuts, wheat bran, oats, barley, flax seeds, beans, vegetables, citrus fruits, and apples.
Look through the list from the Mayo Clinic for a few of your favorites!
Now muffins are not usually high in fiber - compare Fiber One Apple Cinnamon Muffin with 5 grams of Fiber to a Betty Crocker Apple Streusel Muffin with less than 1 gram of Fiber.
I tried the Fiber One Muffins and they were very tasty!
