In the Personal Training section, on the Fitness Studio page there is now a list of some of the equipment that I use. Many of the pieces of equipment have links to see them up close, or to buy your own.
The Resources section now has a Fitness Links page and a My Favorite Magazines page. The Fitness Links page is my running list of websites that provide useful nutrition, health and fitness information for women. If you know of a site that I don’t have here feel free to leave a comment. The My Favorite Magazines page has links and feeds from some of my favorite magazines that I find inspirational. Maybe you will find them inspiring too!
