Lose It!

I always tell my clients that tracking their food and fitness is important.  Tracking is a great way to hold yourself accountable.  There is a new application out for the iPhone… Lose it! While I do not have the iPhone, my husband and others do and they are giving this little application a try.

If you have the iPhone, I think this application is worth a try , and it is FREE!
