Here is a new product on the grocery store shelves from Kellogg

The words “fiber” and “dark chocolate” don’t usually occur in the same sentence, let alone the same food. Kellogg’s FiberPlus are delicious ( a bit sweeter than the Fiber One bars), filling (slightly smaller bar than the Fiber One bars), and give you some the fiber (same amount of fiber as the Fiber One bars)you need and probably are not getting.

These are better than candy bars, they are candy bars with fiber.
