This blurb was from an article, How To Make Your Home a Skinny House, in Health Magazine. I love the tips for the kitchen about portion control. This is huge! Use a salad plate insteadof a dinner plate, replace your fork with chop sticks, indiviual portions from your cupcake pan or icecream scoop, use a microplane or zester, it grates finely more flavor and less cheese or chocolate.
